Assessment schedules and forms

Our Assessment Schedules provide students and families with a clear overview of course requirements, assessment tasks, and key dates for every subject across the school year.

Each booklet outlines what students are expected to complete, how tasks will be assessed, and the support available from classroom teachers and faculty staff.

Distribution of Booklets

• Years 7–11: Students receive their printed booklets in Term 1.
• Year 12: Students receive their HSC Assessment Booklet in Term 4 of the previous year.
• Additional printed copies are available from the school office upon request.

Assessment Forms

Students may occasionally need to submit supporting documents with their assessment tasks. These forms are included at the back of the student assessment booklets, and digital copies are available here for convenience.
