Parents\Guardians of Year 11 & 12 Students,
Kandos High School Received the following notification regarding a problem with batteries listed below.
Lenovo is expanding the voluntarily battery recall announced March 27, 2014. These batteries were manufactured for use with ThinkPad notebook computers that shipped between February, 2010 and June, 2012.
Students in years 11 & 12 and or Students in any other year have any of the devices listed below must either do one of the following ASAP.
1. Students can go to this link and download the software to try the Automatic Battery Check (http://download.lenovo.com/lenovo/content/rojo/LenovoBattery.exe)
2. However if this fails they will have to do it manually https://lenovobattery2014.orderz.com/
3. If you son or daughter needs assistance to complete this task, have them see Mr Campbell (Technical Support Officer) ASAP.
